Çin ise, protestoların arkasında ‘yabancı güçler’ olduğunu iddia ediyor.
Twitter Çin merkezli olduğunu açıkladığı, göstericilerin aleyhinde yanlış bilgi yayıcı kampanyalara karşı bu hafta başı harekete geçti. Şirket, dezenformasyon kampanyasına karıştığı iddiasıyla 936 hesabı kapatırken yaklaşık 200 bin hesabı da askıya aldı. Mecra, yaptığı açıklamada, yürüttükleri derin araştırmalar sonucunda, Çin devlet destekli dezenformasyon kapmanyasının ve Hong Kong’daki protestoların meşruiyetini baltalayıcı bir mahiyet taşıdığını ve Twitter’ın bazı (manipülasyon karıştı) politikalarını ihlal ettiğine yer verdi.
